-Shite on RF and LH grasp above elbow and RH grasp wrist of Uke's extended arm
-Shite's R knee must be bent to a start than slide back RF than shuffle straight back & down on L knee as hips turn slightly toward Uke to avoid contact as hands guide Uke forward.
-Maintain a forward stance to avoid falling back with Uke momemtum

Shomen tsuki Ude Garame nage Ni
Front punch Arm lock throw #2
-LF to RF
-Shite's LH (palm down thumb toward self) on top of Uke's extended elbow and RH (palm up thumb toward self) grabbing under Uke's wrist than 180 degree pivot than circle forward Uke's grasped wrist around his elbow (pivoting point) than RF C/S to throw

Shomen tsuki Ude Garame osae Ni
Front punch Arm lock pin #2
-LF to RF
-As Uke punches, Shite shifts to right to avoid punch and grab Uke's extended arm
-Shite's RH grabs (palm up thumb toward self) under Uke's wrist as L arm goes over Uke's arm and Shite's LH back under Uke's arm to grab owe R forearm as pivoting 180 degrees (hips can go slightly beyond 180 to off balance Uke)
-Shite keeps arm lock in own centre as hips shifts forward and arm lock circles forward and down as Shite drops down on R knee
-Shite maintains arm lock and rolls Uke on to his front
